WENDY LAU.
Prior to founding TRANSEARCH Wendy Lau in 1992, Wendy Lau worked as a Consultant with the American search firm, Boyden International in Kuala Lumpur. Wendy spent her early years with Multicore Solders, a British - Malaysian joint venture solder and flux manufacturing company as Marketing Manager for the Asean region.

Whilst she is very familiar with the manufacturing sector, she has also worked with clients in most industries including consumer goods, financial services, information technology, construction, building materials and energy and natural resources. Over the years, she has acquired significant search experience after completing searches for senior management positions in a wide spectrum of industries.

She has a Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Detroit, Michigan, USA.

C. F. LEE.
Graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK with a degree in Operational Research and spent a number of years in the manufacturing sector. He later joined an American management consulting firm, Alexander Proudfoot, as a Systems Improvement Consultant and was posted to Hong Kong.

On his return, he continued in this area of work as the in-house consultant with a large local conglomerate, The Hong Leong Group Malaysia, before moving on to assume a general management position with the subsidiary of a public listed company.

As Partner in TRANSEARCH Wendy Lau, he brings to the firm a breadth of experience in understanding the needs of management and the temperament and abilities required to fulfil management's role.
