CLIENT DISCUSSION
We begin the assignment by conducting in-depth preparatory discussions with the client to obtain a complete and through understanding of its operations, corporate environment and management style.

POSITION PROFILE
A position profile is developed that specifies in detail the responsibilities of the position and qualifications of the executive being sought. This includes the position title, major responsibilities, reporting relationships, compensation package, education and work experience.

TARGET COMPANIES
We develop a comprehensive list of companies that might have executives well qualified for the position.

RESEARCH
Concurrently, we undertake a file search in our data bank which contains the personal and career histories of well qualified candidates having some or all of the characteristics that your position requires.

CANDIDATE CONTACT
During the course of the search, we would expect to contact by phone, numerous people as sources to other individuals and the targeted candidates.

THE SEARCH
All initially identified candidates are contacted to explore their interest in the position and their qualification. The initial list is systematically narrowed.

EVALUATION
The finalists' references and performance records are carefully evaluated through indepth interviews and discreet checks.

FINALIST PRESENTATION
The finalists are introduced to the client supported by a written report. These are the candidates who best fit the original assignment profile.

NEGOTIATIONS
Once the client selects a candidate, assistance is given in structuring compensation and employment agreements.

The client is given support in following both the orientation and progress of the executive selected.
